This course includes both the online modules and an in-person field session held March 22nd 10:30 - 2:00 pm at Freedom Park
MINIMUM age is 13 years old

Your first season on the pitch as a referee you will be a sideline referee so that you can work with, and get mentored by, an EXPERIENCED center referee that will help you get comfortable with the job
You must complete all portions of the course to certify as a referee. Get signed up using the above link and finish the course online so that you can take the field session on July 27th from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
Total fee is $100
(*If you referee 8 games for VVSC you will get your registration fee given back to you)

If you were registered as a referee for 2023, 2024 or 2025, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COURSE.
This course is for NEW referees OR referees who have lapsed in certification for more than 3 registration years.
Upon successful completion of this online module, the referee will be able to work sanctioned games from completion of all certification course requirements through December 31, 2026 - provided all necessary requirements have been met and maintained.
ALL REFEREES AGE 18 AND OVER MUST COMPLETE BACKGROUND CHECK (Cost $31.21) IN THE LEARNING CENTER AND SAFESPORT!
