The Vail Valley Soccer Club is very excited to invite your team to a fabulous weekend of soccer October 1-2, 2016. The 2016 Vail Valley Cup will be held in the beautiful Vail Valley and surrounding area of Eagle County. Our community and local businesses look forward to having you spend time with us.
Vail Cup Details:
• Saturday, October 1 - Sunday, October 2, 2016
Team play breakdown as follows:
◦ 2007 U10 7v7 (boys and girls)
◦ 2006 U11 9v9 (boys and girls)
◦ 2005 U12 9v9 (boys and girls)
◦ 2004 U13 11v11 (boys and girls)
◦ 2003 U14 11v11 (boys and girls)
◦ 2002 - 1998 (U15-U19) 11 v 11 (GIRLS ONLY)
The 2016 Vail Cup is open to members of US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer and its State Associations. Players and coaches must be currently registered with a team by their State and required to produce their USYS player passes. No player will be permitted to play on more than one team during the tournament.
Team acceptance to the tournament will be completed by the 'Selection Committee'. Notifications are sent to all teams. The selection process is assisted by information provided to the tournament on your application and also league standings.
• All teams will play a minimum of three games (weather permitting)
• Games will begin Saturday morning at 9:00 am
• Registration Fee is $750 per team
• If you are a premier team or player you must play up
Stay & Play Tournament - (*Note - Please do not book rooms until you have been accepted to the tournament)
RoomRoster is the official accommodations provider for the 2016 Vail Valley Cup. As the tournament is a Stay to Play, a condition of acceptance to participate in the Vail Valley Cup is that traveling teams book their accommodations through RoomRoster. After being accepted into this tournament, an account will be created in the system for your team. Should you require accommodations, please look for an email from RoomRoster which will include your team specific booking link. This link will allow you to block your number of required rooms at one of our many hotel options for the tournament.

Once a team has been accepted and the schedule has been posted there will be no refunds. If a team has been accepted and the schedule has not been posted a refund will only be given if a replacement team can be found.
For a tournament in progress October 1-2, 2016, in the event of rain, snow, or acts of God, the tournament director reserves the right to reduce the game times and numbers of games.
We will begin the team tournament acceptance process between August 1 and August 15th, 2016
