• Arrive at least 30 minutes before game time
• Arrive dressed and ready to play (cleats and shin guards on)
• Bring plenty of water
• Wear yellow for away games; blue for home games (always bring BOTH shirts)

Please be on time for drop-off and pick-up.  If you are going to be late or miss practice for some reason, be sure to let the coach know - text, phone, or email is fine.

For all practices, players must have

• appropriate footwear (cleats or sneakers)
• shin guards
• be prepared for weather changes (we practice in all weather except lightning)
• plenty of water
• a properly inflated size 4 ball
• a great attitude!
